We are looking for a HEAD CHEF to join our clients team based in Bridport on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. You will lead and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff, help plan and develop menus, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What we need from you:

• CV showing experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
