Head Chef – Braintree – FM Service Provider - £14 per hour
Exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to work for an established service provider situated in Braintree. CBW are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based in a commercial kitchen. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in food production within a commercial environment.

Monday to Friday
08:45 am to 14:45 pm
Two weeks cover
Enhanced DBS required

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
Full knowledge of all menu items served
Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identifying any anomalies and incidents
Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
