Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the food strategy to achieve budgeted commercial returns.
  2. Ensure all kitchen activities are coordinated to maintain a professional, safe, hygienic, and cost-effective environment.
  3. Establish clear communication within the kitchen and with Front of House staff.
  4. Ensure food items are prepared, handled, cooked, and served to company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Use KPIs to benchmark team performance and sales.
  6. Review wage costs and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet business needs.
  7. Strictly adhere to food hygiene regulations and health & safety procedures in line with FRESH, HACCP, and EHO directives.
