Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations for the hotel
• Implement and tailor menu strategies
• Develop and lead culinary staff
• Manage food purchasing and delivery
• Support conference and events services
• Manage kitchen budget to meet targets

Requirements:

What You Will Need:

• Experience as Junior Sous or Sous Chef in hotels or similar settings
• Strong focus on quality
• Qualification in culinary arts preferred but not essential
• Leadership and development experience
• Desire for personal growth and learning
• Strong communication skills and strategic contribution
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
