Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Head Chef for the Colcot Arms Hotel in Barry. You will lead a kitchen, inspire your team and ensure every dish leaving the line is of the highest standard, while building guest love and repeat visits.

You’ll manage food ordering, preparation and stock, work with a branded menu, oversee health and hygiene compliance, and drive sales and guest satisfaction through your team. A welcoming opportunity for a first Head Chef appointment.

As Head Chef at the Colcot Arms Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of.
