Head Chef

We are now seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef with Golf Club Experience, Near Staines TW15

About the role

• Deliver seasonal formal sit-down meals for up to 80 covers
• Present regular event buffets for up to 120 covers
• Prepare and service of daily bar snack menu
• Create and roll out members themed social events
• Manage a small team with hands on approach, this is NOT an office-based role
• Full compliance with all Health, COSHH and Food Safety guidelines
• Manage stock levels and ingredient pricing
• Maintain margin and budgets at agreed level

The ideal candidate for this hands-on role has

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar head chef role (Golf Club experience is preferred)
• Can commit to a working pattern of straight shifts 5 out of 7 days with regular weekends and Friday nights (this is not a Monday – Friday role)
• Banqueting experience is required
• Experience preferred in world cuisines would be a real advantage
• Lives ideally within 20 mins drive of Ashford, Surrey
