This small group of restaurants and gastropubs are renowned for their high-quality, fresh, local produce and dynamic, bustling atmosphere. You will be cooking with the highest quality, fresh, local food and striving for accolades.

Your New Role as Our Head Chef:

  • High-Standard Scratch Cooking : Craft exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
  • Team Management : Lead, manage, and develop your kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
  • Stock Control : Oversee inventory and maintain efficient stock management.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene : Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness : Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
  • Menu Planning and Design : Innovate and design menus that captivate and delight our guests.

What We Ask of You:

  • Passion for Cooking : A genuine love for creating the highest quality food.
  • Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, high-volume gastropub or restaurant, preferably at a Rosette level or above.
  • Organised and Communicative : Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
  • Team Building : Experience in building and managing a cohesive, efficient kitchen team.
