Job summary

The Salutation Hotel in Ambleside, within the heart of the English Lake District, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver consistently high quality food. You will be responsible for menu development, food standards and managing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team

• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
