Job summary

David Lloyd Group is seeking a Head Chef for Acton Park. You will lead kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes and strict food safety compliance, while maintaining excellent service in a premium health club environment.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, bring ideas for menu development, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for members and guests at Acton Park. This is a full-time role with active involvement in club food strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Self-motivated with pride in producing great quality food.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene across service.
• Lead the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes and consistent plating.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
