Job summary

David-Lloyd-Club in Hatfield is seeking a passionate Chef to join our team. You will prepare high-quality meals using quality ingredients, while following strict food safety guidelines and contributing to menu development through ideas shared in our Chef Forums.

As part of our kitchen team, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing individual tasks with team support to deliver excellent customer service.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in producing great quality food.
• Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals following food safety standards.
• Work as part of the kitchen team to deliver consistent menus.
• Assist with menu development and ideas for new dishes via Chef Forums.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of ingredients with attention to detail.
