We are looking for a Head Bartender to be part of our pre-opening team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Llama Inn restaurant.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel – is located in a former car park and has become a key part of the East London scene. It features 210 bedrooms, The Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn.

Hoxton Grill: An all-day American restaurant with cosy leather booths, serving American-inspired fare, classic dishes, natural wine, cocktails, and Sunday Roast.

Llama Inn: A rooftop Peruvian restaurant offering ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wine, and cocktails with a modern twist.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the bar team to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
  2. Develop and innovate the bar menu, staying ahead of trends.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and systems.
  4. Lead by example, uphold service standards, and support team development.
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending experience with strong wine and cocktail knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence behind the bar.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
