Head Bartender - Llama Inn

We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, based in our Llama Inn restaurant.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch, our first hotel, is located in a former car park and has become a vibrant part of the East London scene. It features 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn.

Llama Inn offers a modern take on Peruvian cuisine, with a menu of ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wines, and cocktails at our rooftop restaurant in Shoreditch.

Job Description

1. Lead the bar team to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests to unwind and enjoy themselves.
2. Be creative in developing our menu, innovating our bar concept, and staying ahead of trends.
3. Thoroughly know your products and systems.
4. Lead by example, driving high service standards, and encouraging team growth and development in line with the Hox way.

Qualifications

1. Previous bartender experience with strong wine and cocktail knowledge, ready for a step up.
2. A natural people person, confident behind the bar and excellent with guests.
3. Looking for a place to be yourself; no clones in suits here.
