About You

• 1 years' experience in a similar role including cocktails creation & costings is preferred
• A fantastic attitude to managing your team and ability to create a great guest experience
• Good level of English and communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
