Job summary

The Sloane Club Management is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, open and close the bar, and build lasting relationships with our members.

Gain in-depth knowledge of the bar’s wines, cocktails and menu, work with the F&B team, and ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality, even during busy periods and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cocktail making.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, senior management and members/guests.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and charisma.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu.
• Take pride in preparing orders at the highest quality level.
• Engage with guests, get to know regulars and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service at the bar.
• Work with the kitchen and F&B teams.
• Use initiative to ensure guests have a unique experience.
