Your Key Responsibilities

Attract, lead, develop and inspire a team to build a culture of warmth, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.

Deliver consistently high standards in beverage quality, service, and hygge ambiance.

Support the GM in driving bar sales and managing costs, contributing to overall P&L performance.

Uphold all licensing, health & safety, and company compliance standards within the bar area.

Build long-term guest relationships and be our ambassador.

About You

You’ll have previous experience as a Head Bartender in a high-volume, premium restaurant.

You’ll be a calm, hands on leader with energy, presence, and a strategic mindset.
