A distinguished hotel in London is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join their Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, a passion for mixology, and the ability to craft creative cocktails in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a sophisticated underground speakeasy bar. Shifts are from 3pm to Midnight or 4.30pm to 2am, with an immediate start available.

We are currently seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Do Not Disturb Bar. An underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar taking inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York.. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service..
