The Ivy Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional drinks with style. You will train bartenders and barbacks to meet our standards, oversee service during busy periods, and inspire junior staff to achieve service excellence.

With a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, you will craft cocktails to high standards, work well under pressure, and contribute to our welcoming, high-energy hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Confident preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards.
• Thrives under pressure and maintains composure during peak hours.
• Inspires junior bar team to deliver service excellence.
