We are seeking an exceptional Head Bartender, embodying ambition and dedication, committed to delivering service that captivates guests.

As our Head Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: from £12.98 (minimum contracted rate) to £18.50 (including TRONC) per hour worked, including an independently administered TRONC allowance

• Leads by example, sharing passion for exceptional food, drink, and customer service
• Is passionate, motivated, and able to inspire the team
• Can work shifts on a rota basis, including closing shifts
• Has previously worked as a Bar Team Leader, Bar Supervisor, or Senior/Head Bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting
