Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the UK is seeking a Head Bartender for the Chaddlewood to lead a bar team, craft signature drinks and set the standard for guest service.

You'll train and develop staff, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support the General Manager with stock and standards.

As Head Bartender at the Chaddlewood, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
