Job summary

Miller & Carter – St Albans, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, serve as mixologist for our drink offering, and support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

You will uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, drive training and development, and enjoy benefits such as staff discounts, pension and holiday entitlement.

As Head Bartender at Miller & Carter - St Albans, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
