We are looking for a Head Bartender

who is passionate about drinks and hospitality. As a Head Bartender, you will need to be responsible, professional, dedicated, and passionate about your role. Leading by example, you must maintain a high standard of service, assist the Bar Manager, and support the Bar Team from the front, fostering a healthy work environment while coaching and developing the team.

Main Responsibilities

As the Head Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, ensure a positive work environment, and manage staff. This includes supervising and training the bar team to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. You will assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities and coordinate with kitchen and floor staff for efficient service flow.

You will manage the weekly rota based on forecasts and budgets, monitor cleanliness and organization, and report performance and issues to your line manager. Additionally, you will complete checklists, manage inventory, and place orders within budget.

Other responsibilities include conducting internal audits, creating training materials, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks as required by upper management.
