Head Bartender job opening at The Brush Grand Café

The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar inspired by some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.

We are seeking an exceptional Head Bartender who is ambitious, dedicated, and passionate about leading the team by example and delivering outstanding service.

If you have experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments and thrive under pressure, this could be your perfect opportunity.

As our Head Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.04 per hour plus TRONC (up to £16.50/hr including TRONC)

• Can work shifts on a rota, including closing shifts
