About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Head bartender to join our team at Roka. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality and innovation take center stage. As a Head bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, creating memorable moments, embodying our vibrant restaurant energy, and maintaining the high standards that define the ROKA experience.

Requirements include previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant or bar as a Head bartender, hands-on, inspiring, and confident working under pressure, good knowledge of classic cocktails, being a great team player, and a keen interest in Japanese cuisine and beverages.
