Job summary

Hilton's DoubleTree Tower of London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead our bar team, craft exceptional beverages, and deliver warm hospitality that elevates every guest stay. You’ll supervise bar operations, ensure stock levels, and collaborate with servers to provide seamless service.

This role offers £13.78 per hour plus service charge, a travel and discount program, free meals on duty, 28 days holiday, and ongoing development opportunities within a globally recognized hospitality leader.

Qualifications

  • Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong guest service skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Keep bar operations running smoothly: Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards
  • Support efficient service: Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, process transactions, and ensure collaboration between the bar and service teams
  • Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service
  • Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
