Job summary

Ardent Pub Group seeks a passionate Head Bartender for The Hound in London. Lead the bar team with personality and flair, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will showcase beer, whisky, and cocktail knowledge, mentor staff, and uphold high standards of service. The role offers growth within an award-winning pub group and a dynamic, community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Creativity and exceptional attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for beverages, food and hospitality with a desire to learn and develop.
• Ambition to grow career within an award-winning pub group.

The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Head Bartender to lead our bar team at The Hound, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high-volume pub, sharing your expertise in beers, whisky, and cocktails.

• Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
• A genuine passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop
• Ambition to grow your career within an award-winning and forward-thinking pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
