Job summary

Ardent Pub Group is seeking a proactive Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team at The Cadogan Arms in London, delivering warm welcomes and high service standards. You’ll inspire the team to create memorable moments for guests and maintain smooth service across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have prior Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a strong passion for hospitality with solid food and beverage knowledge and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor.
• Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality operations.
• Ability to train and motivate a front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

The Position

We’re looking for a proactive Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team at The Cadogan Arms and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll provide a warm welcome, maintain high service standards, and inspire the team to deliver memorable moments at every visit.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor, ready to take the next step
• A warm, personable, and hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• A passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of food and beverage

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
