Job summary

The Ivy Asia is seeking a proactive Head Bartender to lead the drinks program and mentor the team in delivering exceptional cocktails and service.

You will oversee bar operations, train bartenders and barbacks, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar bartending role.
• Proficient in cocktail-making and spirit knowledge.
• Ability to lead and train junior bar staff.

You have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role, and you are confident preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards. You work well under pressure and take joy in inspiring junior bar members to follow in your footsteps of service excellence..
