What Will You Be Doing

As Head Bartender for Parker’s Tavern, you will support the Restaurant & Bar General Manager by leading by example, and helping to manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the team delivers an exceptional and memorable experience to our guests from morning to night. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and coaching the team.

THE DUTIES

• Being the star of the show behind the bar, setting the standard for exceptional service and mixology mastery.
• Crafting Cocktails, creating unique, Instagram-worthy concoctions and classic favourites that make us the talk of the town.
• Inspiring, training, and mentoring our talented team of bartenders and Bar Waiters, elevating their skills and spirits.
• Working hand-in-hand with our culinary team to create a seamless food and beverage experience.
• Ensuring every guest feels like a VIP, leaving with memories they'll cherish forever.
• Supporting with onboarding new team members.
• We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Being hands-on and operational.
  
  

What Are We Looking For In You

• Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge.
• Strong Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is essential.
• Knowledge of licensing laws would be advantageous.
• Have the ability to motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
• Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in a five-star or luxury establishment.
• Have a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times.
