• Proven experience with specialty coffee and espresso calibration.

• Strong knowledge of stock control, wastage management and daily bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team during service and uphold coffee quality standards.
• Dial in espresso and calibrate grinders and recipes throughout service.
• Ensure consistency across espresso, milk-based drinks and filter coffee.
