• Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Full Time
• Pay: £12.50 Per Hour
• Requirements: Mon-Sun Flexibility, Head Barista Experience

What are we looking for in a Head Barista?

• Passionate and experienced within the specialty coffee industry.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, with experience using manual espresso machines and dialing in grinders. Experience as a keyholder and team leader is preferred.
• Ability to teach efficient workflow, perfect espresso shots, and latte art.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, rotas, stock management, and inventory.
• Maintain all compliance standards proactively.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational coffee station.
• Create new recipes and showcase your latte art skills.
• Experience working in a busy, reputable coffee shop and leading a team is essential.
