We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to oversee operations across 2 outlets within our site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a creative flair—particularly in developing standout seasonal hot beverage menus and elevating the customer experience. You'll directly manage six baristas across 2 coffee outlets, ensuring consistent high standards, efficient service, and a positive team culture. We focus on serving guests and creating unforgettable food and drink experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of 2 coffee bar outlets
  2. Lead, support, and develop a team of 6 baristas
  3. Optimize resource use and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
  4. Collaborate on creative, seasonal drink menus
  5. Monitor quality and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement
  6. Manage stock control, orders, and waste reduction
  7. Develop team schedules and support training initiatives
  8. Work with senior leadership on catering strategy and sustainability goals
  9. Foster change and seek continuous improvement to enhance customer experience
Team Structure:
  • La Place Coffee Bar: 2 Baristas
  • C++ Coffee Bar: 4 Baristas
Candidate Profile:

You should be a confident, extroverted, and collaborative leader with a passion for customer service and enthusiasm. Experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume coffee operations is required. A keen eye for detail, customer service excellence, and creative input into drink menu development are key. Experience in sustainability and a passion for innovation in hot beverage service are a plus. Dedication to operational excellence is essential to guarantee top-tier service.
