G'day mate! Urban Baristas is an Australian Coffee Company with multiple sites across London, passionate about specialty coffee, roasting, and the Aussie brunch culture. We are looking for a passionate barista who loves making high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.

Our baristas have excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, efficiency, cleanliness, and are friendly, engaging, and fun to be around. As an applicant, you should have experience in a high-volume coffee environment, serving quality shots, steaming milk with great latte art, and possess a positive, confident, and open-minded attitude.

Requirements include good communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, customer service experience, good organization skills, and availability on weekends. High-volume coffee experience is highly regarded.
