The successful candidate will be someone who can inspire staff, pupils, and parents alike, and who shares our commitment to high standards, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal moment in the School’s journey. With strong foundations in place, we are looking for a Head who can shape the next chapter with clarity, ambition and sensitivity. You will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals and a committed Governing Body, working together to ensure the continued success and growth of the School. There is an opportunity for an informal conversation with the Chair of Governors by arrangement prior to application, requested by contacting the Clerk to the Governors. The process is as follows:

• Applications will be acknowledged by email
• Longlist interviews will take place at the School on Thursday 27th November 2025
• Shortlist interviews will take place at the School on Wednesday 3rd December 2025

Safeguarding The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The School may carry out online searches on shortlisted applicants and all applicants will be required to provide details of their online profile, including social media account names/handles, as part of their application.
