Job Description:

Up to £36,507 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

University Centre Sparsholt is seeking a passionate and dynamic lecturer in aquaculture and marine studies.

The successful candidate will join the Higher Education team, teaching across degree courses in this subject area. Responsibilities include delivering both taught and practical classes, as well as supporting and tutoring students.

Applicants with knowledge or experience in salmonids, aquaculture, marine environments, and ecology are encouraged to apply.

The candidate should be qualified to at least Level 6 in a relevant subject. A recognised teaching qualification is preferred, or willingness to attain one. All staff are expected to engage in CPD and scholarly activities, with opportunities for personal development.

Our teaching and research are conducted at our aquatics and salmonid research centres, equipped with industry-leading facilities.

This position is based at the Sparsholt Campus.
