Rooney Earthmoving Ltd has a programme of lining ponds in the South Canterbury region and is searching for a skilled welder to join its existing lining team. The ideal candidates for this role will have:

• 8-10 years of HDPE liner placement experience
• A proven history of supervising and training staff
• Experience with the construction of water storage pond projects
• Good knowledge of quality control standards used for liner installation
• Qualifications in various welding techniques used to join HDPE

The position will be based at the work site and report to the Project Manager through the Timaru office. This is a permanent role.
