Pulse Healthcare in the United Kingdom invites applications for a full-time permanent psychological post focused on safeguarding Looked After Children (LAC). The role delivers specialist psychological assessments and interventions to young people affected by CSE, NAT, and trauma, aiming to improve well-being and support reunification.

You will work across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms within a hybrid model, coordinating care plans, risk management, and TAC

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9-18 months using a range of psychological approaches.
• Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework.
• Offer specialist consultation to staff, supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning.
• Act as keyworker, reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings.
• Assess and monitor risk, implementing appropriate risk management plans.
• Work flexibly across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.

Job Purpose

Join a developing service focused on supporting young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Neglect, Abuse, and Trauma (NAT). This role aims to improve psychological well-being and facilitate reunification with family environments through structured, evidence-based interventions.
