Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Paramedic and EMT services.

• Engage in business development within Independent Ambulance Services.

Qualifications

• A valid HCPC registration number (Paramedic only)
• IHCD/BTEC Certification in Ambulance Aid and Driving or equivalent (EMT only)
• NVQ level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent
• BSc in Paramedic Science or equivalent
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) cert or equivalent

EMT

• Intermediate Life Support or equivalent

Paramedic & EMT

• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support or equivalent
• Full clean driving licence (preferably with a C1/D1/D2 category and IHCDBlue Light Qual)

Job Summary

The role is to provide Paramedic and EMT professionals who work with a multidisciplinary team either in support of the Health Trusts, at events throughout NI and with business development ventures within the Independent Ambulance Services sector.
