Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join the night team at Woodlands House, Southampton. You will support residents with personal care, help with night routines and keep accurate records, delivering safe, kind and dignified care throughout the night.

The role requires a caring, patient attitude, good communication and teamwork. Prior care experience is welcome but not essential; full training will be provided.
