Hartford Care Ltd in Southampton is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for night shifts at Woodlands House. You will support residents with personal care, assist with night routines, and maintain care records, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night.

We value a caring attitude, good communication, and teamwork. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, and full training will be provided. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.75–£13.00.
