We're Seeking HCAs Who Are:

• NHS Navigator: Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, specifically with NHS exposure. You understand the landscape and can hit the ground running.
• Mental Health Champion: Proven ability to provide empathetic and effective support within mental health settings. Your calm presence and understanding are your superpowers.
• UK Ready: Fully eligible to work full-time in the UK - we're looking for long-term commitment.
• DBS Gold Standard: Your DBS is on the Update Service, signifying your commitment to safeguarding.
• Training Pioneer: Possess valid and up-to-date Mandatory Trainings and PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) certificates. Safety and expertise are non-negotiable.
• Adaptable & Agile: Exhibit flexibility to embrace varied shifts, understanding the dynamic nature of mental health care. You're ready for anything!
