Location: All South East London sites
Full-time ideally / Part-time available
Salary: £13.50-15.00 per hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Providing face-to-face support to patients within our practices
- Carrying out clinical duties such as blood pressure checks, ECGs, phlebotomy, wound care, weight management, and NHS health checks
- B12, shingles, pneumococcal and flu injections
- Supporting the nursing and GP team in chaperoning patients
- Assisting in the assessment and surveillance of patients health & wellbeing
- Vaccine and cold chain storage monitoring and recording
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Assisting with infection control and general health promotion
- Contributing to a positive and proactive team culture
- Support with clinical stock control management - clearing and restocking consultation rooms
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a primary care or community setting (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Competence in core HCA duties such as phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care, etc.
- A kind, respectful and professional approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player who’s flexible, reliable and committed to continuous learning
