As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents within the care home. You will support residents with daily living tasks, promote their dignity and independence, and contribute to a caring and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and help them move safely using appropriate equipment.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in residents' condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, choice, and respect.
• Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities.
