Qualifications

• This is a writing-intensive role requiring clear communication to non-specialists.
• Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal.
• Experience in public safety assessment or red-teaming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging prompts in benign, dual-use, and adversarial categories.
• Evaluate model responses against defined policies and judge handling.
• Write reference answers and technical reasoning explaining correctness.
