Salary: GBP25000 - GBP26000 per annum

  • Handling verbal and written enquiries efficiently, effectively, politely, and accurately.
  • Efficiently handle haulier enquiries to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process all admin within given deadlines.
  • Liaise with transport and operational staff to ensure the most efficient and effective completion of administration tasks, within given timeframes.
  • Ensure timely production of relevant reports as required by management.
  • Maintain good working relationships with drivers and/or traffic staff of service providers.
  • Accurately manage the change of master data.
  • Adherence to company policy & procedures.

Experience:

  • Experience – 2 year administration.
  • Knowledge of construction industry and products.
  • Knowledge of local and national geography.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations.
  • Demonstrate ability to use own initiative.
  • IT literate.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas.
  • Highly organised.
