An established industry player is seeking a motivated Hatchery Technician to join their team at the Recirculation Unit in Inchmore. This exciting role involves ensuring the best management of salmon, leading on feed control, and maintaining fish health. Basic Salary £27,236 to £33,990 per annum
Ability to earn up to 15% of your salary in our annual bonus scheme, max bonus payable £4,085 to £5,098 per annum

We are currently looking for passionate and highly motivated individuals to make a difference at the Company’s Recirculation Unit at Inchmore. The role is challenging, but ultimately very rewarding and can lead to a variety of fulfilling career progression opportunities.
If you are ambitious and motivated and want to work with a likeminded team, then this is the role for you. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week or an average of 40 hours where your shift pattern rotates over more than one week. The successful candidate will also be expected to be part of a weekly alarm rota and will be required to stay on site providing 24 hours call out cover. We can offer support with commuting from the Inverness or Fort William area.

The Hatchery technician role is a crucial part of the operations process and ensures that the best management of our salmon is undertaken.
