Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces, as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Perth site, we are currently recruiting harvest workers for a full-time, temporary position during the harvest season (July to September/October). The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver high standards of production, quality, and customer service across grain storage and handling, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Act as a company ambassador
  2. Work with the sample line manager to ensure the smooth operation of all sampling requests
  3. Arrange appointments with farms prior to sampling
  4. Accurately collect bulk grain and pulses from farms
  5. Complete all paperwork accurately
  6. Liaise with the line manager daily regarding work progress
  7. Follow all health and safety procedures of the company
  8. Perform ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of twelve months driving experience; a full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
