Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based in the Cambridge area, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis through the harvest time (July to September / October). The successful individual will also coordinate and deliver a high standard of production, quality/quantity and excellent customer service across grain storage and handling whilst creating and maintaining a great place to work culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. To be a company ambassador
  2. To work with the sample line manager to ensure the smooth running of all sampling requests
  3. To arrange appointments with farms prior to sampling
  4. To accurately collect bulk grain and pulses from farm
  5. Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork
  6. To liaise with line manager on a daily basis regarding progress of work
  7. Adherence to all company health and safety procedures
  8. Adhoc duties as required

Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum of twelve months driving experience on a full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
  2. Reliable, self-motivated and hard working
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  5. High level of attention to detail

No previous experience is required.
