Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Être un ambassadeur de l'entreprise.
• Travailler avec le responsable de l'échantillon pour assurer des demandes de prélèvement en douceur.
• Collecte précise de grains et de légumineuses fermes.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Newmachar site, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers on a full-time temporary basis during the harvest season (July to September/October). The successful individual will coordinate and deliver high standards of production, quality, and customer service across grain storage and handling, while fostering a great workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be a company ambassador
• Work with the sample line manager to ensure smooth sampling requests
• Arrange appointments with farms prior to sampling
• Accurately collect bulk grain and pulses from farms
• Complete all paperwork accurately
• Communicate daily with the line manager regarding work progress
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Perform adhoc duties as required

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of twelve months driving experience with a full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail

No previous experience is required. This role is ideal for students studying agriculture or those interested in a career in agriculture, offering an opportunity to work for the UK’s leading crop production and grain marketing business.
