Job Description:

Based at our Lutton site, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis during our busy Summer Season, from July through October.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for:

• Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van
• Processing farm-saved seed on-site
• Assisting with setting up the processor
• Checking the quality of bags to be filled
• Liaising with the operator to maintain good stock levels
• Ensuring the site and machinery are clean, tidy, and health and safety procedures are followed
• Establishing safe working practices
• Providing high-quality service and customer care

Skills and Experience:

No previous experience is required; however, agricultural, engineering, or grain handling experience would be advantageous. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving license is essential.

This role is ideal for students studying agriculture or those interested in an agricultural career, offering an opportunity to work with the UK’s leading crop production and grain marketing business.
