A leading agricultural company in Holton St Mary is seeking harvest workers for a full-time temporary role through the busy Summer Season. Starting in July 2025, the role requires no prior experience, as full training will be provided. Key responsibilities include driving to farms, processing seeds, and maintaining a high level of service. A full UK driving license is mandatory for this position.

• No previous experience required; Agricultural, Engineering or Grain handling experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving license is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Driving to farms following the Mobile Seed Processing Plant.
• Processing farm saved seed on site.
• Assisting with setting up the processor.
• Checking the quality of bags to be filled.
• Liaising with the operator to maintain good stock levels.
• Ensuring site/machinery is clean and adhering to Health and Safety processes.
• Establishing safe working practices.
• Providing a high level of service and customer care.

Based at our Holton site, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis through our busy Summer Season, starting from July through to October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van
• Processing farm saved seed on site
• Assisting with setting up the processor
• Checking the quality of bags to be filled
• Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock
• Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and Safety processes are always adhered to
• Establishing good and safe working practices
• Always Providing a high level of service and customer care

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required however Agricultural, Engineering or Grain handling experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A full UK driving license is required for this role.
